A subtle taste between bitterness and anise. This absinthe is made from a mixture of more than 15 plants, some of which are still picked in the forest, which gives it a perfect balance in the mouth.

Chosen from a dozen Swiss distillers, we were the first to be able to develop a 100% Swissness recipe thanks toSwiss ethanolcreated in collaboration between AlcoSuisse &Aarberg Sugar Factory.
Traditional and secret of the distillers, this recipe with a high alcohol content brings a powerful taste of absinthe and herbaceous aromas.

Resulting from a distillation of selected plants, some of which are still picked by hand in our Neuchâtel forests, its green tint comes from a maceration added to the first distillation.

When we taste this absinthe, our taste buds are at the same time rocked between a just balance of notes of anise, small and large absinthe.
A complexity in the mouth is brought by the powerful bitterness of the different plants of this ancestral recipe of the alchemist distiller.
